After July 2021, the 2.3.x release line no longer received quality updates or user guide updates. PHP 7.3 reached end of support in December 2021, and Adobe Commerce 2.3.x reached end of support in September 2022. We strongly recommend upgrading to Adobe Commerce 2.4.x to help maintain PCI compliance.

To ensure that reviews are appropriate for public display your store, a submitted Magento product review must be approved before it can be displayed. A submitted review is in a Pending status until it is approved or rejected.

On the Admin sidebar, go to Marketing > User Content > Pending Reviews.

In the list, click a pending review to view the details and edit if necessary.

Change the Status according to your assessment:
- To approve a pending review, select
Approved. - To reject a review, select
Not Approved.
- To approve a pending review, select

When complete, click Save Review.
