After July 2021, the 2.3.x release line no longer received quality updates or user guide updates. PHP 7.3 reached end of support in December 2021, and Adobe Commerce 2.3.x reached end of support in September 2022. We strongly recommend upgrading to Adobe Commerce 2.4.x to help maintain PCI compliance.

By default, products that appear in upcoming or closed events are not available for general sale and the Add to Cart button does not appear on the product list or product page.
To restore the Add to Cart button for a closed event, the event must be deleted. However, if a product is associated with another category that has no selling restrictions, the button is available on the product page. Similarly, the ticker block does not appear on the product page if the product is associated with another category that has no selling restrictions.
