After July 2021, the 2.3.x release line no longer received quality updates or user guide updates. PHP 7.3 reached end of support in December 2021, and Adobe Commerce 2.3.x reached end of support in September 2022. We strongly recommend upgrading to Adobe Commerce 2.4.x to help maintain PCI compliance.

Amazon Pay Logs

The Amazon Pay extension collects and provides viewable and downloadable logs for Client and IPNĀ tracked access and actions. Logs generate if you have the logging feature enabled in Amazon Pay store configuration. For details, see the Developer Options section for Amazon Pay configurations.

Amazon Pay logs the following information:

  • Client - Logs all API calls and responses.
  • INP - Logs all Instant Payment Notifications that are sent by Amazon.

Display and Download Amazon Logs

  1. On the Admin sidebar, go to Stores > Settings > Configuration.

  2. In the left panel, expand Sales and choose Payment Methods.

  3. For Amazon Pay, click Configure.

  4. Expand Expansion selector the Advanced section, and then expand Developer Options.

    • If there are generated logs, select a link to download to view Client and IPNĀ logs.

    • If logs are not available or have not been generated, a message displays No logs are currently available.
