After July 2021, the 2.3.x release line no longer received quality updates or user guide updates. PHP 7.3 reached end of support in December 2021, and Adobe Commerce 2.3.x reached end of support in September 2022. We strongly recommend upgrading to Adobe Commerce 2.4.x to help maintain PCI compliance.

Export Full Catalog

This site contains archived merchant documentation for a version of Adobe Commerce and Magento Open Source that has reached end-of-support. You can manually request a full catalog export from Magento Commerce. This feature queues all products from the catalog for export to the Order Management System (OMS).

Outside of manually exporting the full catalog, products are added to this queue after a new product is created, an existing product is updated, or after a bulk update to product attributes.

When requested, these outgoing messages will be exported to a .csv file in chunks of 5,000.

Export the full catalog

  1. On the Admin sidebar, go to Catalog > Products.

  2. Click Export Full Catalog.

  3. Click OK in the confirmation dialog.

    A progress bar will appear showing the status of the requested catalog export. When the export is complete, a confirmation message will appear confirming the action.
