After July 2021, the 2.3.x release line no longer received quality updates or user guide updates. PHP 7.3 reached end of support in December 2021, and Adobe Commerce 2.3.x reached end of support in September 2022. We strongly recommend upgrading to Adobe Commerce 2.4.x to help maintain PCI compliance.

As a security measure, the Admin is initially set to time out after 900 seconds (fifteen minutes) of keyboard inactivity. You can adjust the lifetime of the session to fit your work style.
Adjust session lifetime

On the Admin sidebar, go to Stores > Settings > Configuration.

Scroll down and expand Advanced in the left side panel.

Click Admin.

Expand
the Security section. -
For Admin Session Lifetime (seconds), enter the number of seconds that a session remains active before it times out.

When complete, click Save Config.
