After July 2021, the 2.3.x release line no longer received quality updates or user guide updates. PHP 7.3 reached end of support in December 2021, and Adobe Commerce 2.3.x reached end of support in September 2022. We strongly recommend upgrading to Adobe Commerce 2.4.x to help maintain PCI compliance.

My Orders

This site contains archived merchant documentation for a version of Adobe Commerce and Magento Open Source that has reached end-of-support. The documentation available here is intended for historical reference only and is not maintained. The Adobe Commerce Merchant Documentation for current releases is published on the Adobe Experience League.

Customers have access to all of their orders from their account. Orders can be viewed, tracked, and resubmitted as new orders. Depending on the status of the order, customers can print their orders, invoices, shipments, and refund records.

My Orders

View an order

Find the order in the list and click View Order in the Action column.

View Order

From the open order, do any of the following:

Reorder

  1. To create a new order that is a duplicate of the current order, click Reorder.

  2. When the shopping cart appears with the items from the order, you can either continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

  1. Click Print Order.

  2. Verify the output device or choose another.

  3. Click Print.

    Print Order

  1. Click the Invoices tab.

  2. Click one of the following:

    • Print All Invoices

    • Print Invoice

    Invoices

  3. Use the Print dialog to complete the printing.

  1. Click the Order Shipments tab.

  2. Click one of the following:

    • Print All Shipments

    • Print Shipment

    Print All Shipments

  3. Use the Print dialog to complete the printing.

Track a shipment

  1. Click the Order Shipments tab. Any tracking information that is available appears in a popup window.

  2. When ready, Close Window.

  1. Click the Refunds tab.

  2. Click one of the following:

    • Print All Refunds

    • Print Refund

    Refunds

  3. Use the Print dialog to complete the printing.
