My Orders
Customers have access to all of their orders from their account. Orders can be viewed, tracked, and resubmitted as new orders. Depending on the status of the order, customers can print their orders, invoices, shipments, and refund records.
My Orders
View an order
Find the order in the list and click View Order in the Action column.
View Order
From the open order, do any of the following:
Reorder

To create a new order that is a duplicate of the current order, click Reorder.

When the shopping cart appears with the items from the order, you can either continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
Print order

Click Print Order.

Verify the output device or choose another.

Click Print.
Print Order
Print invoices

Click the Invoices tab.

Click one of the following:

Print All Invoices
-
Print Invoice
Invoices

Use the Print dialog to complete the printing.
Print shipments

Click the Order Shipments tab.

Click one of the following:

Print All Shipments
-
Print Shipment
Print All Shipments

Use the Print dialog to complete the printing.
Track a shipment

Click the Order Shipments tab. Any tracking information that is available appears in a popup window.

When ready, Close Window.
Print refunds

Click the Refunds tab.

Click one of the following:

Print All Refunds
-
Print Refund
Refunds
-
-
Use the Print dialog to complete the printing.
